Terms and Conditions for SH Policy Support

1. Overview By accessing and using the services provided by SH Policy Support, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms govern all consultancy, training, policy development, audits, and membership packages offered by SH Policy Support. Please read these terms carefully before engaging with our services.

2. No Refunds Policy SH Policy Support operates a no refunds policy on all services, including but not limited to membership packages, training sessions, consultancy, and policy audits. Once services have commenced or digital content has been accessed, no refunds will be issued unless required by law.

3. Statutory Rights This policy does not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. You are entitled to a refund or remedy if the services provided:

Are not as described.

Are not provided with reasonable care and skill.

Are not delivered within a reasonable time if a timeframe was agreed upon.

4. Cancellation Rights If you enter into a contract with SH Policy Support remotely (i.e., online or by phone), you are entitled to cancel within 14 days of placing your order under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, unless:

You have expressly agreed that services may begin before the cancellation period ends, in which case no refund is due once the services have commenced.

5. Membership Terms For membership packages (Bronze, Copper, Silver, Gold, and Platinum), services and access to member benefits commence immediately upon payment. No refunds will be offered for unused periods of membership. Members are responsible for cancelling their subscription in writing at least 14 days before the renewal date if they do not wish to renew for another term.

6. Delivery of Services All services provided by SH Policy Support, including policy audits, consultancy, and training, will be delivered as agreed in your service contract. Any delays in delivery will be communicated promptly, and alternative arrangements may be made where possible. SH Policy Support is not liable for any delays caused by external factors outside of our control.

7. Intellectual Property All documents, training materials, and digital content provided by SH Policy Support remain the intellectual property of SH Policy Support. You may not reproduce, distribute, or share any content provided to you as part of your service without express written consent.

8. Confidentiality Both parties agree to keep all information, documents, and data shared during the course of the service confidential. SH Policy Support will not share any sensitive information provided by clients with third parties without prior consent, except where required by law.

9. Data Protection SH Policy Support complies with the Data Protection Act 2018 and the UK GDPR. We collect, store, and process your personal data in line with our Privacy Policy, which you can access on our website. By using our services, you consent to this data handling.

10. Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, SH Policy Support’s liability for any claim related to the provision of services is limited to the amount paid for those services. SH Policy Support will not be held liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of its services.

11. Dispute Resolution If you are unsatisfied with any service, we encourage you to contact us directly to resolve the issue. If a satisfactory resolution cannot be reached, you may seek redress through Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) schemes, or through the appropriate UK regulatory body.

12. Amendments to Terms SH Policy Support reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated via our website, and continued use of our services following such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
